It is through guest feedback and reviews that we are able to improve the experience and service we deliver. I apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to make coffee in your room. We are aware of this issue and are working promptly to solve it. We do however, offer fresh coffee all day in our lobby. You also mentioned that our location, property size, and locality was a disappointment, compared to the pictures online. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we do not want to mislead our guests on what we have to offer. We are further investigating this matter.
