Reservation botched by *******. Hotel was not helpful and seemed unconnected. The satellite tv stopped working the second night and the water was turned off fover six hours on Saturday evening.

DON’T DO IT

The very first issue I encountered was with the front desk staff who argued the pet deposit fee with me, even AFTER I showed him what was very clearly written on their website he still REFUSED to change what was shown. So if the deposit still says $40 is not, it’s whatever they feel like charging you at the moment. For me it was $300 until I guess he got tired of arguing about it and charged me $200….. There are unhoused people that hang out in the back of the establishment at all hours. Every single night we were there we had multiple people knocking on our door, well past midnight. And if you don’t like roaches then I definitely wouldn’t stay here. I wasn’t expecting to see one, let alone one in the shower. The only good thing about this place was finally leaving it.

I walked up to the door and it was open already, there some some kind of spill on the counter under the TV, floors were dirty, a random black bag was next to the bed, and i pulled the top cover back and the sheet was DISGUSTING, visible stains and cigarette stains in a non smoking room, pay the extra $10-20 and stay somewhere else. I walked right out and didnt spend the night. Money really wasted on this one....

The tub had paint splatter in it the towels had stains and n stuff them all both bed had burnt sheets ain’t them the pillows was flat the bed was very uncomfortable my lower back is hurting really bad now

The hotel is run down and heavy, very heavy drug area. The sheets were not clean and the noise was too much, I slept in my car because I couldn’t get a refund and I had no more money to go to another hotel.

I always have a great stay when booking this location. The beds are comfortable, the room and the bathroom are always clean. The staff is also accomodating!
