Had called Sunday morning to reschedule our stay as the dates were for the wrong Sunday, and was placed on hold for over 30 min before i hung up, we are a company that comes to NKC. for overnights and had been stying at theHoliday inn express, but are looking for a new options.

Attempted to check in and was told there was no vacancy after I had obtained a confirmation 24 hrs before. No email/text to allow me find alternate hotel earlier in day.

Rooms were modern, grab and go hot breakfast sandwiches were good and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again

rooms was dirty and felt quite run down and cheap. The shower had worse water pressure and hot water than what i’ve experienced deployed or a basic training the a/c sounded like it was going to rattle apart any at any second. The hotel looked great and definitely appealed to a younger demographic (i’m 26) but i’ll stick to hyatt properties from here on out was very disappointed. the staff was at least kind and listened to our issues upon check out

Pleasant stay - Convenient
The rug had stains, and the bathroom door didn't work very well. Seemed off track. Very hard to slide open or closed. Seal on shower door leaked. Otherwise, everything else seemed very clean and comfortable. Well furnished. Everything else seemed to work in the room. Elevator was smooth, roomy and quick. Outdoor courtyard area was very cool, with fire pits near both buildings. Fires going at night. Folks mingling. Lots of free parking. Convenient to several nearby eateries and other businesses. 3 miles to Knuckleheads.
