The room was well equipped and very clean. Loved having a toaster and the policy that no pets are allowed. Staff at check in and booking by phone were very friendly and helpful. Great location too.

Reception lady was so friendly and helpfu. Beautifully clean, tidy and well presented on the outside. And the inside. Clean, well set out spacious room. Quite room, no road noise at all. Multiple fast food/ takesway restaurants within 100mtrs of the motel. Shopping centre, pharmacy and just about anything you could need within walking distance or a short drive. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. From the friendly and accommodating reception to the other staff around the place, always smiling and saying hello. Room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had whilst travelling.

Love Love Love this Motel, it was so easy to book & the ease of checking in was just fantastic. There was heaps of parking, reverse parking only which means ease of exiting of the Motel when leaving. I cannot say enough how much I loved my room❤️. It was super spacious, very thought out & every amenity that you would require if staying for a week or more & for those that want to cook instead of buying takeaway. The fridge is huge so you can fit in all your shopping & I loved the fact that they provided real milk instead of the usual long life milk satchets. Rooms were super clean, loved the bed the best, very lofty & felt like sleeping on a cloud. So many food outlets within a 3 minute walk, including a Hotel. I will be back when next driving through, as I cannot say enough of just how great this Motel is. Do yourself a favour, stay here, great prices & so new.

I visited Toowoomba to see a play at the Imperial Theatre. I stayed at the Avenue Motel Apartments. Both were such a beautiful experience! The Avenue staff are attentive and interesting. The rooms and amenities are first-class quality and impeccably clean. I am absolutely looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff are very friendly, the room is spotless and the layout for the room is very well done. It’s close to the town centre if you need to go in but you don’t hear any traffic noise. We will definitely be staying here again
