在网上办理了入住。房间在入住后四个小时才准备好——比入住时间晚了一个半小时。房间应该有一张双人大号沙发床。沙发好像打不开。底部的垫子缝在框架上。服务员动作很慢，看起来要么是新来的，要么就是不太好。早餐时间、泳池开放时间什么都没告诉我们。只给了我们钥匙。入住也很慢。
