Been staying at this hotel for several years. This time it seemed tired and dirty.
Also check in process was disappointing. No one at desk. People waiting. It was 9:00 on Friday.
Also, I called at 4:44 pm earlier in day to request a 4th floor room. Clerk on phone said ok but nagar was not the case when we showed up. Room was Zloud Dud to kids out of control. Poor security management. Police were even called.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I had a medical procedure at the hospital that was very close to the hotel, and the staff was very helpful.

Staff was great, room and bed comfortable, breakfast was good, 3 night stay and got no room cleaning or clean towels ever even after requesting at front desk. Expected better from Marriott

Overall the stay was good. The AC unit was a little loud needs maintenance. The workout room did not have towels. We had to get cleaning solution from the front desk and the next day there was not any paper towels.
The room is kinda dark not much light. And there was a charge for parking….
The breakfast was good. Something for everyone.

Breakfast was good. Room not all that clean. Ice bucket full of melted ice. Coffee maker broken.

从入住到退房的三天内，有关房间误分配及房卡失效这样的问题就出现了三次，前台也并无任何道歉表示，好像都很平常而已。Springhill这个品牌大概在美国属于中档偏下吧，没有什么可让人高评的地方。
