Overall the stay was good. The AC unit was a little loud needs maintenance. The workout room did not have towels. We had to get cleaning solution from the front desk and the next day there was not any paper towels.
The room is kinda dark not much light. And there was a charge for parking….
The breakfast was good. Something for everyone.

Where the property is, it’s really nice.
The room we were in, you can smell the urine smell from the bathroom when we walked in our room.
I wish there is more bright lights in the room if needed.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, and check-in took less than five minutes. The room was clean, though we did find some old food left in the fridge. We used the heated pool, which was well-maintained, and my kids had a blast. The only downside was the lack of stocked pool towels. Check-out was quick and easy, and the location—just a short drive from Lake Travis—was a great bonus. Overall, I give this place a solid 4.5 out of 5.

Nice property. Hot water was coming on and off. Sometimes it stayed cold. Also the water was trickling in both the shower and sink without any force. Drinking water not available for free and had to pay each day for a bottle.

Loved the property but the front desk agent charged our card for the full amount of the reservation that I had already paid for through *******. I work for ******* and throughout my many stays, I have never been charged by the hotel for a reservation that was already prepaid. We called the hotel and they said we would get a refund once they received the money from ******* which could be within 10 business days. I've booked many trips within my 10 years of working for ******* and this is the first time a hotel charged us for a reservation that was already paid for before check-in.

从入住到退房的三天内,有关房间误分配及房卡失效这样的问题就出现了三次,前台也并无任何道歉表示,好像都很平常而已。Springhill这个品牌大概在美国属于中档偏下吧,没有什么可让人高评的地方。
我们住的三个晚上他们都没有打扫我们的房间,我每天晚上都得下去要毛巾,因为他们没有打扫房间,我下去告诉他们我需要他们打扫我的房间,但我没有不知道发生了什么,但他们从来没有为我清理过
