估计是当地最好的酒店了，顶楼酒吧环境很好，服务人员态度超级好
房间很干净，早餐很好，酒店非常棒
提前一周预订的，结果被背刺了，入住前2天房费降了200，也不能退，太坑。早餐还要额外付费，以后慎重通过代理渠道预订。最近携程的房价全平台最高，比🐷，同程都高，后面不想通过携程预订了。
这家酒店太棒了！一切都非常舒适。希望我能再次回到这个美好的地方，并继续选择住在这家酒店。早餐非常美味！房间里还准备了免费的美味小吃。我们还使用了酒店的洗衣服务。感谢所有工作人员的热情和周到！
言语难以表达员工的友善、对细节的关注以及彬彬有礼的态度。早餐简直美味，种类也很丰富。我们度过了一段非常愉快的时光。酒店非常干净，而且离机场也足够近 :)

酒店位置很好高大上早餐好吃
Kokoon 酒店依然是外南梦（Banyuwangi）最好的酒店，这已经是我第三次选择 Kokoon 进行宅度假了。
酒店很干净，我房间能看到山景。员工都很友好，也非常乐于助人。
早餐种类挺丰富的，味道嘛，就酒店餐的标准咯。
