Overall good experience, but the check-in was rough. The key machine was not functioning, and a line was forming at the desk as more and more people arrived. This is close to midnight. The associate at the desk said first that he would text his manager and then said that he would call his manager. The delay was lengthy. He had to let each arriving guest into their room manually. We were told a key would be dropped off later, but this did not happen.

Definitely designed for the younger traveler. Very budget conscious. General construction issues on a newer building - the shower pan was cracked, bathroom plumbing fixtures were lose. Bed had a definite divot but was not uncomfortable. Required a $50 credit card hold on the room which I have never had before on any Hilton property.

The breakfast menu was very limited…didn’t even have bananas or any real almonds, granola etc. the staff was so poorly dressed, and just limited in their manners and politeness. Both elevators had old dried paint or stain on the steel entry plates(I asked them to clean but no change in the 6 days I was there. Finally, my sheets were not changed once during the time I stayed. The room was not clean on the floor. I cleaned it myself with some sanitized wipes. I am sorry to give the place such a poor review but I will never stay at that place in Milford again. I come to Cincinnati twice a years.

My room was clean, as was the lobby and public areas. I love the scent of the lemon sugar soap that is in the bathroom. Breakfast had good options and the attendant was nice. I do feel like the lobby of Tru hotels is fancy, while the rooms are minimalistic, but it all feels clean. I felt like the bed I had had a bit of a bowl in the spot where people lie night after night, but I suppose that can be expected. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will most likely use this hotel again when I'm in the area.

床单太小,底下的床单总是滑落。窗户下的空调噪音很大,而且在我们入住的第三晚(也是最后一晚)也无法将房间温度升至65华氏度以上——墙上的温控器设定在72华氏度。
房间干净又便宜。房间里没有智能电视,浴室的排气扇坏了,而且只有一盏灯亮着。早餐一般,但也能凑合吃。
虽然酒店设施不错,但我们在楼上的房间体验很糟糕。他们整晚都在狂欢,我们甚至打电话给前台,但他们什么也没做。我们根本没睡好,也没人帮忙。
