Not at all as in the photos on the site. No hotel shuttle or concierge as listed. Also in a rather rundown area of the city. *******, or any other booking site, should be more involved in verifying condition and services.

Hi, this property is not what I thought of from the pictures. It is much older. The staff are very friendly and kind. The room as I first enter it has a musty odor to it. The air con works well, the coach and tv are good. I don't like thr bathroom because their are no blinds for privacy. Can't take a shower. The kitchen is ok. The major concerns is that their are open spaces for bugs to come into the room by the air con access gate. Fix the odor problem, seal the room from bugs, get blinds for the bathroom. Awesome Apartment near the Vietnamese Embassy 😊😊. The apartment has all you need and will definitely recommend. It is very close to a market and food spots so location is really awesome. Best experience is how Sukon and her staff treated us well during our stay. This accomodation is best for those who have business appointments with the Vietnamese embassy as it is only 5 mins walk. 😊😊
