酒店回复: We are so sorry Jerome! The water is dirty due to the City of St. Francisville had a pipe burst while ATT was installing new fiber optic cable in our area. Everyone in a 5 mile radius of the pipe has experienced brown water. This was two weeks ago and the pipe has been repaired! We were in the process of renovating when you visited. We have 50 new rooms and our continental breakfast is full of great breakfast options. The pictures are old and we are updated! We are under new ownership so updating this retro hotel has taken a couple months! But we are back with new linens, furniture and amenities!

This hotel is old and run down. On the website and booking agencies it claims to offer "breakfast", it really doesn't unless 6 bagels and warm yogurt pass as breakfast. It used to have a good breakfast and also had better service. It is now a bare bones, run down hotel. It is better to stay elsewhere, the rate does not justify the condition of the rooms, the property in general, and most certainly it should not advertise that it offers breakfast.

The parking lot had hose filled in with big rocks and dangerous to walk through the parking lot we requested a downstairs room and when we arrived, we were towed all they had was upstairs thank God they were able to find it downstairs, cause we would not be able to stay there if not, found the room look like it was still under construction the beds we're terrible if somebody tried to open the door of the room two times while we were in the room, we reported it to the front desk and told him that could be very dangerous and the concern just didn't seem like it was no big deal. I just hope whoever's doing that doesn't get shot. I believe the motel was still under construction and open too soon. The breakfast if you call at breakfast was terrible. I just seen for the money we put out we just didn't get what we paid for. Hope they get their stuff together for the future because I had a chance with me to repeat staying in there, but not now

dirty, couldn't get some major channels on tv, no change for $20 bill at check in counter, poor condition of street to hotel and parking lot, breakfast ended too early, broken bathroom door knob and loose toilet seat and a musty smelling room.
a cheap raunchy hotel. should be classified as a two star facility not a three.

Parking was great, pool appeard to be clean, hotel carpet was very outdated grimy feeling my wife didn't even want to walk on the carpet in our room barefooted due to the appearance and dirty feeling just to walk on, bathroom was decently cleaned, sheets on bed had a few specs of dirt on them, and the small refrigerator didn't work my wife said it appeared to have mold in it. Was not to happy with my stay other than the closeness to the rodeo that we were attending and the fact that we were only in the room for maybe 7-8 hours tops, but the rest of the propert appeared to be clean and presentable!!! Staff was very helpful and extremely nice and polite even when i asked for a key to examine our room before i agreed to pay and check in. Very doubtful we'll ever stay at this location again.

Off the road, real quiet. Nice staff. They are in the process of updating some of the rooms, so there is some construction but nothing crazy loud.
