Room was partially cleaned. Linens were changed but hair all over the bathroom floor, sink counter, and shower.
The fan was also leaking water from it in the bathroom directly into the toilet. Both times I inquired about maintenance, they were unavailable.

I was given a receipt but Holiday Inn took out more than the receipt says out of my checking account. I don’t understand why they charged me one price but took a larger amount from my account. I’m highly disappointed and I will never stay at Holiday Inn again

The only complaint i could put here is the heat smelled a little funny when we first turned it on. Outside of that, great stay. Great staff. Super clean.

There was no hot breakfast. Ovens were broken. Fire alarm went off Sunday at 5:30 due to testing of already broken ovens. Tub drain very slow to drain. Had 2 inches of water in tub after shower.

Pool wasn’t open which our kids were looking forward to. We were not made aware prior to arriving.
三姐妹的一次度假。前台工作人员非常棒，包容了我们的各种搞怪！房间一尘不染——简直无可挑剔！负责早餐的乔伊斯非常可爱，我们真的很喜欢她准备的食物！真希望我们能多住一晚，这样就能吃到培根了！哈哈哈。我们甚至还拿到了肉桂卷，可以在路上吃！

房间本来可以更干净一些。浴室地板看起来需要清扫和拖地，浴缸的密封条上长了霉。床上有一些头发，床单上也有一些污渍。
不过早餐很棒，工作人员很友好，房间的公共区域和其他表面都很干净。地理位置优越，附近有很多餐饮和购物场所。
不幸的是，我的床不太干净。我刚把毯子拿开的时候，发现了一些小污渍。第一天晚上，我在床的另一边发现了一只死虫子（虽然很小，但很令人担忧）。除此之外，工作人员都很好，我很喜欢这家酒店。然而，由于清洁度的问题，我不确定我是否会再来这里。
停车位不足。很多个晚上我们都占了最后一个停车位，而且就在垃圾箱旁边，上面写着“禁止停车”。床不像广告里说的那么大。折叠沙发既不舒服，又不舒服。整栋楼都闷热潮湿，让人难以入睡。泳池24小时开放，这点很不错！
泳池无法使用，这也是我们预订这家酒店的原因之一。如果在入住前提前知道就好了。另外，地板一直在拖，虽然很干净，但太湿了，我差点摔倒好几次。
