We had just had a terrible experience at another hotel and when we approached Miss Kate (The Brave One), she was so apologetic and concerned for our situation. She made sure we got checked in quickly and made our night so much better! We appreciated her kindness.

$50 held on my card was held for half a week after checkout. They said it wouldn’t even be charged then said it would fall off when I checked out. Neither were true, fell off late Wednesday after a Sunday checkout.

I booked a room with 2 beds. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that all the rooms with 2 beds were occupied and offered me a room with 1 bed. I was with my brother, and we needed 2 beds. I had to rent a suitable room at another hotel across the street for an additional fee. They refused to refund my own money.

Additionally, all of our rooms feature either one king bed or two queen beds—we do not offer rooms with a single queen bed as was mentioned in a call noted by our evening crew.The reservation in question was for two queen beds, and it's possible there may have been a mix-up with a different hotel nearby. We understand how frustrating travel mishaps can be and regret any confusion that may have occurred.
