My wife fell in the shower our first day. We were called liars. Why would we lie about something so serious. It was strange. The only staff member that identified themselves was Quin? But he refused to give me the names of the staff that denied we fell. *they good people, I promise* well, I could careless about his opinion of the staff. I am outraged at the lack of empathy for my wife and the lack of professionalism in the entire staff.

The hotel appeared to be fairly new. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, large bathroom and staff was really friendly, but I would never stay at this location again. The walls were so thin you could hear the person in the room next to you cough. I was woke up at 5:00 am the people next to me were being loud and playing music loud I could hear their whole conversation which was so annoying. I literally had to call front desk and complain. Chris at front desk took care of the problem immediately but that is just one thing I could not deal with, is walls that thin.
这次前台的服务人员真是太棒了！非常有礼貌而且效率很高！（和上次遇到的不是同一批人）。
早餐很不错，自助洗衣房里也有两套很好的洗衣机和烘干机。
这次我住的房间大了一些，但灯光还是太暗了！晚上整理行李都有些困难。
不过，我还是会推荐这家酒店。
这家酒店太恶心了。第一晚我在房间里发现了两只活蟑螂。当我看到第一只的时候，我就给前台打了电话。他们没有蟑螂喷雾，但是他拿来了一个灭蚊拍把蟑螂打死了。大约20分钟后，又来了一只。我朋友不得不把它打死，因为我特别害怕蟑螂。床单不干净。床铺得坑坑洼洼的。淋浴间很脏，水槽上还有长长的黑发。浴室里的面巾纸塞得乱七八糟的，好像有人扯了太多纸又把它塞了回去一样。第一晚我根本睡不着，因为我害怕蟑螂会爬到我身上。第二天我要求见经理，那个人说她不在，但是会让她给我打电话。我至今还没有接到她的电话。我打算向信用卡公司申请拒付，因为我根本没住满两晚。
除了办理入住等了30分钟，其他都挺干净挺好的。
