The rooms are clean. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was excellent at the front desk and room service.

Really good location if you need to be close to the Toyota Stadium. Plenty of places to eat, from fast food to sit down restaurants. The area was very safe. The breakfast was solid. The rooms were comfy and the bathroom was super clean. They can have better coffee.

Great location, but walls were very thin. We could literally hear the entire conversations on either side of us. Fortunately everyone was quiet late night to mid morning or could have been a real pain. Nice staff and facilities. Room was nice

We would stay again do to good location, attractions, and quick acess to a major highway!

It's a pet friendly hotel, and one could smell pet in floor hallways and steps. Some places I could even see marks of pet pee!!! If you can't handle pet smell then this is not the place. I was not aware of that and got allocated to 3rd floor - which had smell of pets all over the place.

早餐很不错，自助洗衣房里也有两套很好的洗衣机和烘干机。
这次我住的房间大了一些，但灯光还是太暗了！晚上整理行李都有些困难。
不过，我还是会推荐这家酒店。
这家酒店太恶心了。第一晚我在房间里发现了两只活蟑螂。当我看到第一只的时候，我就给前台打了电话。他们没有蟑螂喷雾，但是他拿来了一个灭蚊拍把蟑螂打死了。大约20分钟后，又来了一只。我朋友不得不把它打死，因为我特别害怕蟑螂。床单不干净。床铺得坑坑洼洼的。淋浴间很脏，水槽上还有长长的黑发。浴室里的面巾纸塞得乱七八糟的，好像有人扯了太多纸又把它塞了回去一样。第一晚我根本睡不着，因为我害怕蟑螂会爬到我身上。第二天我要求见经理，那个人说她不在，但是会让她给我打电话。我至今还没有接到她的电话。我打算向信用卡公司申请拒付，因为我根本没住满两晚。
除了办理入住等了30分钟，其他都挺干净挺好的。
