Staff member- Nathaniel at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay great and helped execute a bday surprise in my hubbys room. The hotel was clean and very quiet. I have no complaints and would stay here again

比周围的其他酒店便宜不少，位置也方便，走路十分钟左右就能到canal street。性价比很高，设施很好很漂亮。二楼的lounge很适合学习办公。
都说遇到问题才能看出服务质量，这次我算是体会到了。热水系统出了故障，但酒店员工的处理方式非常棒。没过几小时就修好了，而且在我开口之前就主动提供了部分退款。除此之外，这是一次完美的旅行。
位置完美，服务很好，房间很棒，屋顶酒吧更是一个加分项。
地理位置绝佳。房间很漂亮，艺术品也很精美，可惜我没拍照。前台经理也非常热情周到。
工作人员非常友好，房间也很宽敞:)
这家物业收取了很多根本没用过的费用。
