Upon check in, the staff member said that we didn’t have a reservation, yet we obviously did- which was unfortunate after a long drive from Northern California. Also our tv turned on by itself in the middle of the first night, which interrupted our sleep.
Furthermore, I just saw that my emailed receipt was not mine, but my father’s, whose name is Arthur Lee as well, but had his own room and lives in Los Angeles. I live in Larkspur, California, which is near San Francisco. Two different people with different rooms, email addresses and home addresses.
These mistakes shouldn’t happen and we’ll be looking for another hotel when we visit the area in the future.

This place was awesome. We’ll stay there again. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were nice access to all sorts of cool stuff. Stay there for a couple days for our wedding. It was good.

2025年6月29日，我和妻子在加州梅尼菲的费尔菲尔德酒店预订了五周多的房间，但在办理入住前90分钟，我们却被取消了预订。前台工作人员态度冷漠，对我们的遭遇漠不关心。从今以后，我绝不会再入住费尔菲尔德酒店或任何其他万豪酒店。
