Stayed for one night before the beach race at Weston it had clean beds and comfortable the only problem was in the morning when I found the toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor report this on the way out as we had to leave early for the race but apart from that all good

Having booked a 'pet friendly' room, felt like I was being scammed to be charged an additional fee at check-in that wasn't disclosed at the time of booking.
To be also landed with a hidden charge to park at a hotel in the middle of a barren industrial estate in Somerset is also very sneaky.
More honesty and transparency in your pricing ******* and ibis please

Bank holiday weekend.
Short notice booking. Lady on reception 22.08.25, was amazing, went out of her way to help.
Room very strange. Bare concrete walls. Not sure what that was about. Felt odd and a bit uninviting. Not great value for money.
Dont forget, have to pay extra to park. £9 a day.

Very nice place with nice rooms, only thing I would say but it's not really a complaint I found the rooms a little dark due to no ceiling lights but that's it .
