床很舒服,工作人员友好热情。房间和走廊都很干净。很安静。冰箱坏了,电动汽车充电器也坏了。我们确实和前台沟通过电动汽车充电器的问题,但他们当时无法提供帮助。
客房清洁工作做得不好!我们不得不换了三个不同的房间,简直糟透了!我们入住的时候已经太晚了,所以决定留下来!但以后不会再来了。
