I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this place is sub par. I travel for work several times a month and have stayed in many hotels across the country. My work booked a room block here which is why I gave it a try, but I will not stay here again. My check in was smooth enough but that was not the case with several of my colleagues. One booked well in advance and ended up not getting a room; another had their room given to someone else and waited 45 minutes at 9:30 at night to get a room; and others had other issues with check in and getting a room in a reasonable amount of time. On my way to my room, I was disconcerted when both the elevator and the hallway were at least 80 degrees or more and very humid. It gave me cause for concern about the air in my room. Thankfully, despite being warm when I walked in, my room cooled down well enough, however, it smelled terribly like feet and were it not for my colleagues issues with obtaining a room, I would have asked to be moved. Cranking down the air helped with the smell, thank goodness. I did hear from several of my colleagues that they had issues with their air conditioners. Be warned, there is no coffee in the room and no cups to even microwave hot water. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but it is terrible coffee and staff does not keep the cream and sugar stocked, which is unacceptable. The bed was comfortable and clean, thank goodness, but the shower was not as clean and had some weird stains. Lastly, while I did not consume any breakfast, one of the mornings there was a very disconcerted guest berating staff about moldy bread that had been set out on the buffet, which seemed to track with the rest of the numerous issues. Additionally, while the fitness room was clean and well equipped, the water dispenser was not working, which was disappointing and inconvenient. This hotel needs a major overhaul in management and staffing as well as some serious maintenance. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, do NOT stay here.

I enjoyed breakfast that warm Caribbean lady helped me with the coffee machine I ask her where she was from I can't remember however i hope to see her when i visit next month I will recommend family an friends the room was clean smelled clean big comfortable bed staff pleasant with big smile front desk little slow but she was OK

Road nose that will knock your Sox off. Shower that is difficult to adjust. Breakfast is nothing to write home about and staff who have a negative attitude. If you like this type of hotel, this is the placefor you. I have to say it is clean though. The parking was good. The carts to take the luggage are small. Stayed here a couple of years ago was different.

Surprised when I went into the room that the cushions were raised off the sofa bed exposing the mattress, the drawers in all the dressers were pulled out , TV was on and all the lights were on! Not sure if this is a new way to say all is cleaned & working? First time this has happened. Part of hotel is under construction and the odor from some of the chemicals/ solvents being used is almost overpowering in the hallway, but luckily not noticeable in the room ( 3rd floor). Room was clean & comfy. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

I had booked a king room months before our stay. When we arrived the gal at the desk said they had overbooked and our king room was not available. She offered us a room with 2 queen beds. We sadly said ok and went up to the room. When we got o the room my wife needed to use the rest room after our long drive. She came out of the bathroom and informed me there were ants on the bathroom counter. I went in and checked it out and there weren't just a few, there were hundreds of ants. Headed back to the front desk and asked for another room. None available. We weren't going to stay in the buggy room so we went to another hotel an exit down the interstate. It was a bad and frustrating experience. I wrote a similar review for the IHG website but, of coarse, it never was published.

Horrible front desk customer service by front desk clerk named Teresa. I asked if my room could be cleaned as I had asked earlier and it wasn’t. Teresa told me no one was here to do it and she wasn’t going to do it. And so what I called cust service.

Waited 20 minutes to be checked in. Person said she was the only one there. Given key to someone else’s room. Come back down and can’t finder attendant again. She was on a break. Got a new key 30 minutes later from my arrival. Breakfast was not filled up and seemed like the lady was overworked to do her job. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. The bed was the best I've ever slept on in any hotel. The breakfast was very good. Antwon, the staff member who took care of the breakfast bar made our day by welcoming us and checking to make sure we had everything we need. He made our day get off to a great start!

Worse experience ever! First room didn’t have a shower curtain. I went dow stairs and was told they’d try to find me one (for me to put up) I said no and they moved my room. Got to the room sheets were dirty! Called down and the front desk worker brought me sheets I had to change my own bed at 11pm! So exhausted and next morning saw the nasty hair all over the bathroom. Went downstairs and Rodney assured me my room would be deep cleaned while we were gone Came back 8pm no one even touched the room. The sheets with the blood stain that I had to removed were still in the floor. Went back down and was told the Rodney who told me the room would be cleaned was the “ACTING GENERAL MANAGER”. Really?!?! We’re here for 6 days with a 2 year old I can’t be moving rooms because you people can’t so your job ! I had to get Clorox wipes and clean the tub myself won’t grand daughter would have a bath. I’m paying to stay somewhere I have to clean myself?!?! Never will I stay at an IGH hotel ! I will stick with Hilton or Marriott where the actually care and clean! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!
