Room wasnt clean enough. I was too tired to pack up & ask for a cleaner room. Mirror in entrance very dirty, finger prints all over microwave, dusty, heat & aie unit had dirty wet stains all in the top very dirty, night tabke beside bed had drink & cup stains not cleaned..dust on phone & clock, carpet stained which was gross .desk chair had white thick substance running down the front of it. Will never stay there again. Vety unhappy with that room.

We’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a problem. But this time two days in a row the Breakfast worker left much to be desired. The first morning came down right at 7am when they opened for service and no coffee cups…walk in for breakfast and the food was already running out…ok there’s a few people eating. I’m thinking she will just go back and get some more food. Nope didn’t have any ready. Had to wait. I’m sure they know how many people are staying so they can prepare. I guess she missed the memo. The next morning same thing 7am right when they open and no coffee cups. 2 days in a row would probably show they don’t care…walk in they have food but no juice. How do you not have one of the only drinks you offer not stocked?

We picked this hotel because it had nice reviews, and stopped here on a long drive so we’re exhausted and by the time I got around to showering I noticed the whole bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Moldy shower curtain, hair on the water valve, and mold on the bathtub. I showered briefly, but could not bring myself to put my daughter in that tub.

Right off the main highway, it was a great hotel for a one night stop. So many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff weren't as friendly and enthusiastic as some other hotels but he got us checked in with no issues. My only complaints were the pool had a lot of bugs in and around so made it a bit dirty as well as the air conditioner was so loud. Otherwise a nice and easy stay!

We got in really late and called down in the morning for a late check out and they offered 12:30. Then 20 mins later they called (and woke us up) to say they could no longer do a 12:30 checkout but they could do 12. Then 10 mins later we were woken up again by housekeeping knocking to see if we had left yet. This was at 9:30 and regular checkout isn’t until 11 so this makes no sense.
There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. The room didn’t have a coffee maker???
Will not be back.

Did not get what I booked. Description said tub and I got a roll in shower. When requested to move was told only a manager can do it. I travel a lot and never heard of this. Will have to stay at a different hotel going forward.
