SCAMMERS,FROM BEGINNING WAS SOMETHING NOT WRIGHT AS MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED USING MY REGULAR DEBIT CARD,THEN MSG FROM THIS COMPANY IF I UPDATE MY DEBIT CARD THROUGH BOOKING I COULD BE CHARGED DOUBLE (?)THEN THE SEND THEIR BANK'S DETAILS BUT UPDATED MY BANK CARD THROUGH BOOKING ANYWAY AND MONEY WENT THROUGH BUT STILL TO THEM NOT BY BOOKING!!!,NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT COMPANY THROUGH BOOKING OR THEIR PHONE NO ,PLACE LOOKS CHEAP,SMELL OF CIGARETTES,FAECES FROM BATHROOMS DRAINAGE IN WHOLE APARTAMENT,THERE IS NO RECEPTION ONLY SECURITY MAN THERE,OUTSIDE NOT NICE,DANGEROUS,OWNERS DONT CARE,LIES AND NOT TRYING TO HELP IN ANY WAY,AVOIDING PHONE CALLS,MSG!!!I LOST HEALTH,MONEY WITH THIS SCAMMERS

Modern, clean apartment with everything we needed. We requested an extra pillow and that arrived the next day. We also left some items in the wardrobe and the owners sent us a text and photo within 2 hours of us checking out and we were able to collect them before we left Krakow. The building felt very secure. 2 restaurants in the same block and cafes on the same street. 10 minutes walk to Rynek Glowney.

We had a nice time at Rajska 3. Nice and clean apartment. No problems getting there. Positive with walking distanse to Old town. When we needed some extra toiletpaper it was at our door a short time later, no problems. We had a good time, and will be back!

The hotel was great and in an excellent location. It was around 10 minutes to the centre of Krakow - at first the surrounding area can be a bit unappealing but once you know where you are going it is a great base. It was quiet in this area and we enjoyed the room a lot. The only things I would say would be that the bed sheet is too small for the bed, which revealed a heavily bobbled mattress which was quite scratchy if it touches your skin in the night and that we only had one and a half rolls of toilet roll for 4 nights so had to buy more. Overall would stay here again. The kitchen within the room was brilliant too.

Overall was really happy with the apartment. Location was good, only a 10 minute walk into old town. Apartment was very clean and had a big shower which was also spotless. Check in was straightforward and it was good to see a security guard at night time. There’s an excellent pizza place downstairs too. Only things I would comment on are the quilts on the bed are far too small for two people. Also check in coild be a bit earlier. 4 o’clock is very late.

非常糟糕的体验！床垫简直难以忍受（准备好去看理疗师吧），厨具无法使用，电视也坏了，浴室门框上还有霉点……公寓真的很破旧，他们也没花什么钱去修缮。地理位置绝佳。希望你不要住进317号公寓。
