Room was clean and comfortable the shower area was clean and easy to use. There was good storage and hooks The lobby area was very clean and comfortable we sat back in the chairs and had a great time.

Best breakfast in recent memory
Clean room, friendly check-in and easy parking are great, but the real stars of this Fairfield are Lori and Connie who maintain the breakfast. We stay in a lot of Marriott and Hilton properties and this breakfast stood out from the rest because it was impeccably presented and fresh, had more variety than most places, and was staffed by people who actually cared about their customers' satisfaction. We were there for only one night, but I heard more than one customer comment on how great Lori and Connie had been. Well done on hiring these women, Marriott!!

It was clean and room was fine. It was terribly noisy we didn't sleep until after 3 due to whoever was above us stomping on the floor and hitting things all night long. Not really the hotels fault but it was not a restful evening

The room was spotlessly clean. The check-in service was great, and we would stay here again, even though the bed was not to our liking. I know that it's hard to find a bed that's comfortable for everyone.
The breakfast left much to be desired. The service was good, but it seemed like the hotel cut corners at every opportunity with the food selections. The plastic utensils are flimsy, the food is varied but bland, and on the second day we opted to pay to go elsewhere rather than eat this breakfast again. We felt like this was a missed opportunity for this hotel.

The staff did nothing to help me solve a problem, which would have been quite easy for them to solve. In fact, instead of assisting me and my family, they threw every roadblock possible in our way. MM
