Great staff and service. Large spacious room. Wouldn’t been mine to get room service was somewhat sparse. It would’ve been nice to get a full clean and fresh towels at least once.

Great new Hotel, we stayed with our Family and kids, they really enjoy it. Great Coffee, nice location.

卫生纸架应该在马桶前方一点点的墙上，而不是在侧面，部分在身后，够起来很费劲。设计太差了。
早餐顶多算一般。糕点种类太少。煎饼机速度奇慢，排队的人都堵住了。不过煎饼味道还不错。
炒蛋还行。如果能做成对折的煎蛋（像没馅的煎蛋卷），会更容易吃。
房间里没有咖啡机和微波炉太让人失望了。真是不方便。安顿下来后还得下楼去大堂拿咖啡或热水，这肯定不行。
员工们都很友善有礼，但有时不知什么原因就不在岗。这倒是个小问题。
房间里只有一把椅子，很不方便。
住了四天，地板从来没打扫过，非常脏。噪音也是个大问题：淋浴门的固定装置总是在半夜随机发出嘎吱作响的声音，把我们吵醒。他们说会派技术人员来修，但我不知道他到底有没有来，因为这个问题一直持续到最后一晚。
前台的Valerie非常热情、高效又乐于助人。她让我感觉像在家一样，真的很高兴我选择了你们酒店。大堂、电梯和餐厅都很干净。早餐也很不错。房间大部分都很舒适干净。不过床旁边的墙上有一些吓人的棕色液体滴痕，所以不能说是完美，但总的来说我还是会推荐的。
