Perfect for concert goers
The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was wonderful. It is a perfect location when going to a concert at the nearby amphitheater. It was less than a 10 minute walk.

Staff were PHENOMENAL.
The ladies that work in the lobby in the mornings are beautiful people. So kind and helpful.
Even the housekeepers said greeted us with a smile when we walked by.
Always a genuinely pleasant interaction.
Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
The only issue I had was the air conditioner leaked water so the carpet was pretty wet, all the way to the bed.
Honestly, I’m leaving this review because I forgot to let them know about it when we checked out lol

First off, Ne Kenja was a joy to talk to, both checking in Thursday evening and checking out Friday morning. Her smile and energy are infectious. She is a delight!
The hotel is easy to get to on Jack Warner and has walking access to the River Walk and Mercedez Amplitheater concert venue. Loads of food and drink options are available on 4th, just up and around the corner. ( A sidewalk is sorely needed on that side of the street, but not within the control of Comfort.)
Our room was nearest the elevator, but we weren't bothered by noise. (The street noise was a bit louder. Maybe ask for a room on an upper floor? Or in the back.) We stayed in the same neighborhood last week and highly preferred this stay in the Comfort to the other option.
Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The juice maker was broken, but they provided bottles of juice. The breakfast server was (tired? grumpy? ready for the weekend?) But the food was fresh and the space very clean.
Did I mention Ne Kenja at the front desk? :-)

The 2 ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming! They gave us great recommendations for dinner and were so helpful. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was within walking distance of the amphitheater, shopping, and dining. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was still being filled at 9:30 which I loved as 10 was ending time. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Very clean. Great location for shuttle. Very happy with our stay.

It’s a bed for your head. There was bathroom air fresheners that was overwhelming causing eyes and nose to be irritated in the hallways
