Not a bad place to stay. close to everything. but my family and i love pools and it was main reason for booking this hotel. when we arrived there was no water in pool and I asked if pool was open? he said no its broke. so very disappointed but nothing i can do at the time. so we went to lake instead for afternoon. little disappointing thats all..other then that no complaints

Location, unfortunately there was an absence of management. Disrespectful neighbors that where smoking and loud drunks right outside our room door. At least a manager actually checking on things around the property would have surely prevented any of these. Also management allowed a group of 5 under aged boys to check into a room next to us. The result was loud music yelling swearing until 1:00a Causing other guest around us to take action, which finally calmed things down. Would we stay there again, NO!

We were not offer Wi-Fi and there pool was not open. We had a great view of the street and it was a good walking distance from very thing in Lake George. They don’t have breakfast, but there are some nice breakfast places near by.

Property was fine for what we needed which was a place to sleep. The door to the bathroom had duck tape on it and was stuck when trying to get out and day two our key cards just stopped working. The gentleman at the front desk fixed that quickly. We had no major issues

I would like to speak to someone regarding my stay here. The room was not big enough for 5 people 2 adults and 3 children. The smell was horrific, black mold in the air conditioner, a huge wet spot on the floor, w dead flies on the clean towels, and under the bathroom sink, there was cardboard in place of the tile. False advertisement!!!

Advertised a pool, wifi and breakfast. Pool was filled with green slime and breakfast was only in room coffee. Wifi only worked if we stood at the office door... office was never open and no staff around the building

The location of the property was great. The property can use a bit of an upgrade but for staying a night, the property was great.

We got there around to check in with around three to see if we can get in early. The lady was rude. We finally got to check in a lot of panels were down you can see water lines some of the room smell moldy, and would never stay there again, one night only.

Very poor wi. Fi connection; pool had no water; no staff to be found at chech-in. Room was clean and quiet. Will not return.

没有游泳池，那位女士告诉我们，游泳池周末关闭，但在我看来，它仍然关闭，后面的房间没有阳台，所以我建议不要选择后面的房间休息，这样夏天很好
