The entire property including parking lot, lobby, elevator, halls and room were extremely clean. Staff was friendly. Very comfortable room. The only thing that we slightly disliked was only having a sliding door for the restroom that didn't fully close but besides that the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The sofa/table section were comfortable and perfect. Check out time is at 12 which is very nice. No free breakfast but it looked decent if we wanted to eat there. Bar and drinks looked good but didn't get to try personally.

Staff was extremely nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The room was beautiful. Just an overall great hotel.

Super cute hotel and love the pool table! It was quiet and everything was clean and comfortable.
洗了三次澡，都没热水。给前台打了两次电话，他们说锅炉老是坏，但完全没有想办法解决问题。客服太差劲了。
这次酒店入住体验因为系统故障，办理入住花了不少时间，确实有些不便。虽然我理解工作人员的沮丧，但他们的冷淡态度也让我不太舒服。不过，酒店设施干净，提供的用品也不错，住得还是挺满意的。遗憾的是，退房时工作人员的态度依然不够友好，这让整体入住体验大打折扣。
由于计划有变，我不得不临时预订房间。前台服务人员耐心又热情。房间一尘不染，床铺非常舒适。我要求提供熨斗，他们很快就送到了房间。唯一美中不足的是淋浴水温不够热。水温虽然热，但我希望水雾能更浓一些。我当时很需要这间房间，很高兴最终选择了它。
房间超级干净！我们是来参加婚礼的，结果忘了带蒸汽熨斗。正准备去沃尔玛买的时候，才发现房间里居然有一台超棒的蒸汽熨斗！床单很柔软，特大号床睡得也很舒服。
