I would say that staff need to get their stories straight. There was a lovely woman at the front desk who was super helpful and insightful. There were 2 gentlemen at the front desk who didn’t seem to be honest with us about where the shuttle would take us and that housekeeping only comes every 7 days when we asked to have our room cleaned.

Very clean rooms, comfy beds. Large walk in shower.really good free breakfast
Lots of choices at breakfast! Indoor pool,& bar. Staff are very friendly!! Close to broadway,where all the bars are at. Also, a shuttle to broadway!A wonderful Hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only drawback is that there is very limited free parking, you have to pay to park in the garage.

简直是坑爹
酒店还行，但没什么特别的。前台简直是一场灾难。我们租了一间有两张大床和一张折叠沙发的房间，登记入住人数为6人，所以我们打算用折叠沙发。折叠床垫糟糕透了，没有枕头和毯子，房间里也找不到。我们去前台拿枕头和毯子（房间里应该有折叠沙发床用的），却被告知没有“多余的”枕头。要知道，房间里折叠沙发床用的枕头一个也没有，所以这些枕头根本算不上“多余的”。
前台工作人员说可能有毯子，但他拿不到，因为他没有储藏室的钥匙，我们得等有钥匙的人。这个人正忙着为晚上11点到的客人（预订了房间）准备房间，却被告知他们的房间还没空出来。我们在大厅里和疲惫不堪的旅客们一起等了30分钟，等着房间腾出来，结果没人把毯子送过来，也没人主动提出送毯子到我们房间。我们只好放弃了，上了楼。
这地方简直荒唐至极，尤其是每晚500美元。除非这是纳什维尔最后一家酒店，否则我绝对不会住这家。管理层显然不知道自己在做什么，员工也似乎一无所知。
唯一的亮点是早餐。早餐很美味，餐饮服务人员也很棒。
