I was told on site that if you book through ******* services are cut meaning no breakfast, no bed service, no toilet paper no cleaning, there is construction onsite which is loud and they are not respectful of privacy. They tried to authorize credit card payment when I was not present to confirm charges. I’m pretty sure they have bed bugs as well.

We do not remove amenities such as toiletries or housekeeping for ******* reservations, and we have never had a policy suggesting that. Also to address you're concern regarding "no breakfast", we have numerous reviews of guests staying over only for breakfast. You must've been on night shifts. Had any issue been mentioned during your stay, our team would gladly have addressed it immediately.Regarding noise, only limited daytime maintenance was occurring, and we always do our best to minimize any disturbance.We also want to address the credit card concern directly. The authorization you mentioned was related to damage to a blanket in your room, which was documented by staff. As with any hotel, damages require a verified charge, and this was handled in accordance with standard policy.Our property is inspected regularly by certified professionals, and there has been no evidence of bed bugs at any time. We take cleanliness and safety extremely seriously.Lastly, we must note that during your interactions with our staff, there were instances of aggressive and inappropriate behavior directed toward them. Our team is trained to remain professional, and we have zero tolerance for any conduct that makes staff feel unsafe or disrespected.We stand by our commitment to providing clean, comfortable accommodations and respectful service to every guest.

Due to an event going on in the area the hotel was completely booked. Despite the volume of people, service was great, room very comfortable.. and quiet !

The managment and staff were top notch on frendliness,and willingness to help. The kitchen is always ready with a good breakfast included. Thankyou for a top-notch 4 day stay again. Thankyou again Raj and staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable. We will be back again.

The staff were very very welcoming and helpful, ******* hadn't completed the booking information to them but everything was sorted out.
Room was comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast was to order and excellent

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed at in a long time. The front desk staff was rude and spoke to me like I was stupid.
最佳枫叶酒店正在装修中。楼梯状况很糟糕，有裂缝和破损的地方。房间还算干净，床也还可以，但是热水不够，没法好好洗个澡。
房间舒适干净，早餐新鲜美味，服务非常友好，下次还会入住！
