In case this is not available, we provide a free transfer service from our central reception to the apartment to ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible. Regarding the issues with noise and the air conditioning, we deeply regret that you were disturbed during your stay. 极度不满意，旁边装修整天噪音，无前台，没有人打扫卫生，基本上就是无人管理，携程平台也需要做好甄别，跟携程品牌和一天五千的房费完全不匹配。
