Yes the breakfast was good,probably cld have been abit hotter for my liking but its the same everywhere what do buffer breakfast. Room was lovely, paid abit extra for one of the premier rooms this time.

Nice clean room, plenty of facilities at the hotel that we didn’t have time to use, and was weirdly very warm for November.

We had turned our heating on for winter due to a sudden dop in temperature, unfortunately the weather suddently turned milder resulting in the hotel being a little warmer then usual. We look forward to hopefully seeing you again.

1) 房间太小（单人房配双人床）。
2) 酒吧员工（一位男士）过于傲慢，拉低了团队的整体表现。
3) 当他们检查我的房间是否有烟味时（烟味来自指定的室外吸烟区），没有给出任何反馈。
优点：
1) 娱乐设施一流。
2) 所有员工显然都接受过如何尊重顾客的良好培训。
3) 非常适合度假游客入住的酒店。
4) 地理位置优越。
工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。房间很棒，床也很舒服。酒吧里给我服务的小伙子人很好。
我们在这家酒店住得很愉快。酒店靠近温特花园，干净整洁，设施齐全。

房间很不满意，明明说是标准双人间，结果更像是单人间里放了张双人床，窗户脏得根本看不清外面，厕所也太糟糕了，坐在上面膝盖会碰到墙。
