Returning guest to this property. Booked the excellent suite just for the bath alone! everything you need in a room, even just for one night or for a whole week. Would 100% recommend

Everything was excellent. The room was large, really clean and nicely decorated, as was the bathroom.
Directions really clear.
The breakfast was superb. All the food was fresh, with choice of cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, pancakes, crumpets and hot breakfast cooked to order.
Entrance and eating areas also beautifully presented (and decorated for Halloween in our case).
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend The Keep and would book again any time we return to Yeovil.

The keep is situated on the edge of Yeovil town centre. It has a fairly compact car park through an arch which is enough for around 7 cars. Other than breakfast time there are no staff on site but they are readily available via phone or intercom.
I am happy to say this was one of the better hotels i have stayed in and as i work on the road that is certainly a statement in itself.
The room was lovingly presented, spacious and clean as a whistle. There was a large comfy bed, sofa and walk in shower room. Also in the room there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.
The breakfast was excellent; partially cooked to order and the rest available on self service. There is a surprisingly large selection if you dont want a typical english cooked.
Lorraine, the manager/owner was an excellent host.
I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable
Quaint feel and modern interiors. Limited parking on site, but plenty of parking nearby. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Amazing stay at The Keep this week. Lovely room, super comfortable bed and really friendly staff
退房时遇到了一些小麻烦，因为老板坚持要我们多付25英镑，但订单上明明写着房间包含一张特大号床和一张沙发床。之前也没有提前说明，而且我们的行程也因此耽误了。不过，房间维护得很好，Jo在处理这种情况时也提供了很大的帮助。
The Keep 酒店非常出色，员工也非常友好。自助早餐很棒，有培根、香肠、豆子和麦片。鸡蛋是现点现做的。WiFi 很好，一切都很完美。
我们预订了套房，足够四个人住。非常喜欢这家酒店的整体氛围和它的洁净度。楼上的卧室里还有一个按摩浴缸，配有豪华浴袍。两层楼都有电视，浴室里除了牙膏，其他洗漱用品一应俱全。咖啡吧台提供各种茶、咖啡、热巧克力以及一些饼干。
到达时间晚，离开时间早——使用自助入住和退房，所以全程没有见到工作人员，但地理位置绝佳——设施一流，房间也很棒，带独立卫浴和厨房。肯定会再次入住。
