再也没有预订过这家酒店帝国旅馆。这家酒店完全是一场灾难，浴室很恶心而且非常脏。像 YOU 这样的旅行社怎么还能为顾客提供这样的酒店？这就是我真正想知道的。他们在 Reptezion 没有房间了，所以我搬到了姐妹酒店 Empire Beach... ..但我必须赚 105.00 欧元的差价。我在帝国海滩酒店不得不换两次房间，因为房间门坏了。所以我不得不在几乎24小时内换了四次房间……我想去度假，而不是在更衣室里度过马拉松。抱歉，这根本不起作用。对于作为旅行社的你来说，这也不是一个好的评论，只是一场灾难。超级恶心。而且根据网上的图片和描述，差距都很大。这家酒店一点也不值得推荐，再也没有了。亲切的问候， Patrizia Di Quarto 女士
Was not the hotel we thought we had book but they made us most welcome and the other hotel was a short walk to use the beach ect we had a few problems but they were sorted out its an old hotel but for the money didn't expect anything Moor this is our first week let's see how the other 3 go

Poor accommodation and food, the hotel is old , has constant problems with the lift and all hotel services. The locals, who make up the majority of the hotel's customers, also complain about the food.

I don’t know from where to start right from the beginning to end I had worst experience, I stayed for 4 nights had to change my room 3 times. First night when I got there it was okay , next evening when I was about to go down to restaurant for dinner a big guy was passing by the corridor as I opened the door he tried to push my door to come in I somehow managed to push the door & locked myself in I was petrified & called the guy in the reception from my personal phone to come up for help , he was helpful , calmed me down & escorted me to reception to load ge compliant against the man. Later Karim the reception manager came to talk to me about the incident & I was shocked to hear he said the guy who forced himself to my room was drunk !!!! So I asked him is it acceptable to behave like that with a female solo traveller just because he was drunk ???? He then promised to change my room from 6 th floor to 1 st floor close to reception , later manager came to say my room is ready it’s nice & clear ready for me to occupy. As I was very tired I did not inspect the room I went to bed straight away next day morning when I went to bathroom I was shocked to see the state of the bathroom there was used soap , dirty toilet & sink , dirty tissues on the floor , cigarette buds on the floor , no towels , no rail to hang towels & shower did not have knob to control the temperature I then had to call the guy in reception to make a complaint he apologised & changed my room . Karim the manager is liar & useless . Food was horrible too All in all I had the worst experience

该酒店在食品和饮料方面符合星级评级。管理工作非常糟糕。尤其是对孩子的态度很不好。只是完全禁止；孩子们玩橡皮球，比充气球轻一点。 Badayi Ahmed的经理不让孩子们玩，因为他是经理，他是酒店的权力，没有其他解释🤷♀️
