Our Favorite place to stay in Rochester!! Outstanding, friendly, helpful staff all around the hotel. BEST breakfast ever! Different both days of our stay. Parking is easy and you are still in the downtown area!

We were here for some testing at Mayo Clinic. The hotel is in a very safe area and walkable to the clinic, but also has a shuttle that runs all day. The (paid) parking was easy in/out, spacious and safe. The hotel offers free breakfast daily and free hot soup (Panera style) on weekdays at 5:30p. Staff was very helpful and friendly, there are wheelchairs available if needed. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. They do use feather pillows, but being allergic to them, I was able to switch them out for hypoallergenic ones and they arrived quickly. The floors are secured by using your keycard to access your floor. I was never worried about safety. Breakfast was amazing, hot, and the staff is very attentive. This will be our go-to if we ever need to stay in the area again. Highly recommended!

周边有条公路很大，有点噪音，旁边还有条铁路，所以周边一般，去梅奥稍微远点，走路10多分钟，酒店新，里面漂亮，早餐是真没东西吃
就员工专业度和清洁度而言，绝对只能给两星（这两点都很差）。我到房间后，不仅在床头柜上发现了一些垃圾，浴室盥洗台下面的地板上竟然还有一条泳裤！真是无语。显然，地板根本没打扫干净。太恶心了。我以后绝对不会再住这里了。真是太恶心了。（房间倒是很大，也许适合带孩子入住？）
办理入住时，我们的信用卡被收取了16美元的“杂项费用”。退房时我们并没有产生任何杂项费用，但即使打电话询问，他们也没有退款。他们还有一项规定：“即使客人要求隐私，酒店也必须在24小时内至少进入任何一间有人入住的客房一次。” 我从未见过这样的规定，简直荒谬。
前台服务非常棒！我和旅伴遇到了一些棘手的情况，那位接待我的女士非常友善、耐心且专业。酒店本身干净舒适。我和两个朋友一起旅行，所以我们很喜欢房间里的“起居空间”，还有厨房和岛台可以用餐。我们选择这家酒店是因为它步行即可到达市政中心，非常方便。我强烈推荐这家酒店。
这是我们第二次入住这家酒店，房间非常干净，而且离梅奥诊所很近，这也是我们选择入住的原因。然而，前台那位给我们办理退房的女士态度非常恶劣，无缘无故地用恶狠狠的眼神看着我和我丈夫，这让我们很失望。
我们的住宿体验非常好，尤其要感谢工作人员的热情帮助。他们非常有耐心，而且乐于助人。
可惜的是，我们入住期间正值儿童体育活动高峰期，酒店非常嘈杂混乱。否则，我会给这次住宿体验打满分！
