The hotel is worse please don’t fall by the images and the maintenance and everything is worse. We aware and save ur money. The tiles the latches all were broken and the room is very poor condition.

The rooms were really small for a family purpose. The service was also bit slow and had to call multiple times. Landline was not working. No proper ventilation and space.

There is not even a towel for bathing,We were given a used bed sheet and pillowcover's,There wasn't even a bottle of water to drink,I haven't received the service I paid for. I'm at a loss.I will never book a hotel through your website again. Thank you.

The condition of room was not ok. It was stinking and it was in basement. Door handles were broken and behaviour of the staff was also not acceptable.
We booked for two nights but we checked out immediately early morning and stayed for one night only. With the help of forest Deptt we shifted to a better hoter.
We must get our one day refund. I have lodged complaint in Fab Hotels as well.
As we booked through you. Now it is your responsibility to refund our oune day charge.

The experience was not good. The room was in poor condition, we had bookedthe premium room still it was in terrible condition. The tiles were broken and the washroom was not clean at all. There was no facilities like towels tissues in the room

The rooms are not at all as shown in the images here, it was dusty even on the walls. Had some worms on the floor. Initially we were provided with expired coffee powder sachets which were replaced later, upon us raising it to them. Complimentary breakfast and staff were good. Ample car parking space.

It was not at all good experience. We were allotted basement rooms. These rooms were sticky. Bedsheets were not clean.

For everything like glasses, water, soap, towel, you hv to ask them to provide. Hot water not provided without reminder. Infra is ok but service is poor. Not worth the money paid for our 2 days stay in this hotel.
