Called day before asking about early checkin and was told as long as a room was clean after 12 wouldn’t be a problem. Showed up at 2 and was told I had to wait til 3. The area has lots of places to stay and eat but seems a bit questionable. The room was good at first glance but looking closer the floors had dirt and grime like they hadn’t been cleaned at all and a roach was climbing the wall!

I was charged an extra $100
I was charged an extra amount $100 on my Credit card when I check in and was told l will get it backed and I haven't received it yet back into my account. Why I'm l being charged? I don't think I will be staying in this place anymore. This is unfair to me as a customer....

The bathroom toilet and floor were not clean. Pillows were dirty. Bedroom floor was dirty. Bed was messy. We had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning products to make it livable for the night only because the room was nonrefundable we had to stay

我的孩子们从海外过来,不幸的是,我入住了你们的酒店。办理入住时(大约晚上8、9点),值晚班的一位身材较胖的女员工,态度是我见过最敷衍的。我没记住她的名字,但她全程没有笑容,也没有任何愉快的问候——什么都没有。进入房间后,乍一看还算干净。但仔细检查后,我们发现微波炉里有食物残渣爆炸过的痕迹,冰箱冷冻室需要除霜,冷藏室也不干净。梳妆台抽屉里还留有其他房间的钥匙。浴帘有异味,并且沾满了脏污。浴缸很脏,本来应该好好用Tylex或漂白剂清洗一下。如果说有什么时候我希望自己拍了照片,那就是那时候了。我的房间号是235。我很确定现在可能依然是这样。请你们自己去检查一下。此外,在二楼,有很多人坐在自己房间外面,使用房间里的椅子,在他们或别人的房间周围闲逛,这让人感觉有点不安和不舒服。我相信一些酒店客人可以证实我所说的,因为在我退房时(2023年7月3日),有另一位客人也抱怨了许多和我相同的问题,而且她表达得更加激烈,当时引起了一阵骚动。这家酒店真的需要被认真调查!!!我在那里唯一好的体验是2023年7月1日早班的前台员工,我没记住她的名字,但她非常出色!!!我很喜欢她。你们需要更多像她这样的员工。如果我当时能取消入住的话……我肯定会取消!!!
