There was litter all over, went in the office and it stunk, noticed a sign that gave you 10 minutes for refund if you did not want to stay there, we made it by 4 minutes. There was a busted up air conditioner in the parking lot and when we walked in the room which stunk and a guy came over and looked in too, just weird. We asked for a refund which he did and went over the comfort suites. Cost for the room was about the same, it was the pet fee that added up. I didn't care about that anymore. ******* should really take this one off the list. JMO

Very unsafe property and there were live and dead roaches in the room… including in the room’s refrigerator. ******* is attempting to get a refund, but the hotel staff hang up and/or don’t answer the phone when they call. DO NOT STAY HERE

Third (3rd) World Conditions.
Terrible stay. Very disappointed with this franchise. Staff was ambivalent so...decided not to even bring these issues to their attention. Roaches, damaged furniture and safety issues...oh my!

Sad and in dis-repaired....
This place is in a sad state. From the moment you walk from your car to the front desk you will see that there is little regard for the presentation of the hotel. Dirty, things broken, dirty entrance.
It continues in the room. Dirty, things broken and haphazardly repaired and generally not inviting.
When I checked in there was a not on the desk where you sign in that the phones and tv's were not working due to a "repair and back ordered parts".
I would have immediately left but there were no other rooms anywhere in the town unless you wanted to spend 3x what this place was,

Many features didn’t work like the shower and tv. However the worst part was pulling up the bedspread and seeing dirt and hair all over the sheets. Gross. Never again.

The hotel is dirty, old, badly maintained. The room was dark as just one lamp was working. Everything was bad. Find another option, does not worth the price
