Only one working elevator, pool out of order, all ice machines not working, wall fall down in shower ceiling falling down in shower door to room could only open 45 degrees do to floor and carpet blocking it from opening i room had stains on floors and box spring of bed.

They charged me 3x for the same stay after their reservation systems kept having problems. They sent guests into our locked room at 1am even though we were already checked in. The same thing happened again the next day. They wanted my information again each time and assured me I wouldn't be charged again. No such luck. Charged 3x and both hotel phone numbers do not work and Wingate customer service sends you to a number that doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is located near a freeway, so traffic noise is to be expected. The hotel itself was ok, clean but had an old feel to it. Pool smell was obvious when you walk in the main entrance. Staff was friendly.

I waited in line for an hour to check in to this dirty old run down hotel and ultimately left. I prepaid 581.00 for this over priced dump. The management is rude and they are understaffed. The pictures show a clean new looking hotel. It is not.
