前台在六楼，早餐在11楼，可以寄存行李，埃及博物馆就在对面，地铁也在附近，走到尼罗河20分钟，非常方便。
前台工作小哥的服务态度很好，就是大门口那个工作人员，简直着不住，师傅没有办理通行证的话就不能进去，自己从酒店走出来在走进去，步行5分钟左右，房间有点暗，一股味
酒店在六楼有前台，房间很小，但在那个地段可以理解，周围走路10分钟可以到比较繁华的餐厅等，能体验当地的生活，Globus解放广场站走路几分钟就到，博物馆就更近了，地理位置优越，但整体来说期待不要太高，比不上国内3星，住了一晚第二晚同意我退了，这点很感激，希望酒店卫生方面更加重视吧
这是第二次来开罗也是第二次来这家酒店，这家酒店态度没的说，绝对数一数二的，早餐也很丰富，房间很大，卫生也不错。
办理入住和退房都很快，洗澡是目前最舒服的，不过依然没有拖鞋没有吹风机，其他都是很棒的了，位置离老埃及博物馆 zamalek都很近
酒店位置极佳，在老城区，尼罗河就在旁边，各种饭店 超市，极其方便！
酒店的房间干净 设施齐全，唯一不足的是闹市区，车水马路比较吵！相比其他的酒店，性价比不错！安全性好，推荐！
优点：1.酒店位于市中心，紧邻埃及博物馆和地铁站。附近吃饭购物也方便。2.早餐算不上非常丰盛，但该有的也都有，本地风味，还不错。3.房间有微波炉热水壶冰箱，卫生也还好
缺点：1.携程信息显示13:00以后可入住，前台坚持要等到14:00，哪怕提前15分钟也不行。2.这次住了四晚，没有人来打扫房间，第三天早上和中午两次致电前台，前台答应的好好的却依旧没人来打扫收垃圾。3.只有入住第一天有矿泉水和速溶咖啡
这家酒店早餐好丰富呀，而且不难吃。推开窗户就是尼罗河的景色，真有度假的感觉。尤其是早上，可以看到飘着好多热气球和金光闪闪的河面，那一刻所有旅途的疲惫都消失了。整个埃及最快乐的一站就是卢克索，最庆幸的就是选了这家酒店。
评价错了酒店（我想评价卢克索的酒店来着），这家是开罗的，住得环境一般，但是服务还挺好的。
这家酒店很漂亮，很整洁，员工也很乐于助人。我已经来过这家漂亮的酒店四次了。
我们两次预订了这个酒店的行政房，第一次住的时候卫生还可以，想着酒店没有吹风机可以接受，毕竟地理位置挺好的。第二次住的时候卫生很差，床品见图片，浴室下水、洗手间下水堵塞，没有吹风机和牙刷。
