They made my trip an amazing experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made sure I had a great room with the best views of the resort. The food was amazing and I couldn’t complain about the amenities. There wasn’t necessarily a beach due some recent construction but other hotels have similar beaches. My favorite area of the resort is the pool on the 6th floor during sunset. I went to see the sunset every day. Staff was nice, friendly, and always happy to help. I have no complaints!

Property was amazing! Pools were great, staff was kind and helpful, and the food and drinks were tasty. Rooms were clean and the balcony was so nice for morning coffee. This resort was perfect for our family, even with young children. Walkable to a grocery for snacks and short golf cart ride to town. We will be back!

Our stay was outstanding. I was not disappointed. Thanks for birthday cakes as well as the happy anniversary decorations.

Loved this resort ! Everyone was so nice, patient and personable ! The property is clean and sits perfectly off the beach. The pool is breathtaking and views immaculate. We stayed during their slow season but as hands on as they were, I know busier seasons are also handled with ease. Their restaurant and bar had good food and drinks. Definitely recommend to couples and families. I had a lot of questions before coming and they were so responsive and accommodating.

Needs more directional signage coming from Tropic Air to get to the hotel. Food was amazing great chefs. Eric handles your luggage with and gave a very good detailed breakdown of the property.
