The service of the manager and all staff went above and beyond to help my daughter and I in an unfamiliar place. She had an eye appointment and the whole staff was very kind and helpful especially for me being a single mother.

The room was good the only issue was there was no TV and where not told upon check in, Phone in room did not work when I tried to call down to from desk to see if there was a trick to get TV on so had to call from cell phone jump through a bunch of hoops to get through to the hotels front desk. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel was nice and the room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The only down side was that the TVs were not working, but that was beyond the control of the hotel staff (it was a cable issue).

Tv did not work. Shower curtain was old and smelly, no ventilation at all. The property was tidy and well kept, but some things are showing age and could use a refresh. Service was very friendly.

Check in was fine, hotel was clean and convenient for Family weekend. It was very basic, small room with small bathroom. I appreciate having a chair in the room besides the desk and this didn’t have anything besides the beds, desk and chair. It was fine just nothing overly impressive.
