Check in was fine, hotel was clean and convenient for Family weekend. It was very basic, small room with small bathroom. I appreciate having a chair in the room besides the desk and this didn’t have anything besides the beds, desk and chair. It was fine just nothing overly impressive.

WVU Family stay
Very beautiful hotel in a fantastic location to WVU and the stadium. Suite was spacious and spotless, we t(family of 4) hroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, large and well made. Beds and pillows were comfy.
Bathroom was a good size. Good location to get around. The patio needs updating (weeds and old/dated furniture). Also the TV's had bad reception which was annoying. I loved how other hotels in the area allowed you to enter your Netflix passwords - that would be a great perk.

Cleanliness Was An Issue
I stay at 8-10 different hotels every year and rarely have any problems. Considering the cost of this hotel, I truly expected more. We had several issues as far as cleanliness and after notifying the front desk we were able to switch rooms. The second room was fine but the first was completely unacceptable. I like the location of the hotel & it was quiet but we will look into other hotels next time we’re in Morgantown…
