We have stayed at many Fairfield hotels, as we are in the Marriott bonvoy program. This particular one had a clean room and mostly friendly staff. However this location had the worst breakfasts so far. Of course it’s all processed hot food and standard breads etc as expected. The 3 offerings of dry cereal were ALL kid’s sugar cereals! No offerings for any other kinds but super coated junk! Coffee wasn’t great either! Also this hotel has very odd rolling carts for bringing your items to your room. Good luck with them! Would choose another Fairfield.

I did not use the pool it was not open; the TV did not work, and I was told I needed to wait until the maintenance guy got to work at 9:00am, but check out was at 11:00 so I did not get to enjoy the tv, and I missed the morning news the last time I stayed at this same hotel the tv was not working

Great property but the breakfast was an issue. The hot food was not adequately stocked. They ran out of coffee at peak breakfast.

早餐选择可以再丰富些。
太糟糕了！我根本没预订过房间，酒店也不肯帮忙。结果发现我的信用卡被盗刷了，有人用我的名字预订了房间。他们知道这件事后，竟然还让别人用我的名字办理了入住。真是太糟糕了！
房间很干净，前台接待员服务也很好！我们下次肯定还会选择住这里！
来路易斯维尔参加音乐节期间入住这家酒店。交通便利，环境非常安静。遇到的所有员工都很友好热情。房间舒适，大屏幕平板电视更是锦上添花。下次肯定还会入住，我已经预订了明年的房间。
为参加生日聚会匆匆来了一趟，只住了一晚。不太喜欢早餐。

the room bathroom had very low water pressure
with warmer selection
and hot water took forever
kind of a hassle
