The hotel and room were very dirty. The couch had stains all over the cushions on both sides and the pull out bed was full of food, wrappers, and stains. There was half eaten candy bars in the cupboard and makeup in the pillows. We ended up checking out and finding a new hotel. Staff was great and very professional and respectful.

Water was extremely hot, no cold water, limited water pressure. At one point needed to shower on a different floor and at another point while showering the water pressure stopped working

It was a partial lake view. Hotel was a little run down. The hotel lobby is complete chaos with the amount of design and colors going on. It was very quiet. Normal breakfast.

We complained about our lock not working. But didn’t do anything about it. So we felt very unsafe or leaving our belongings behind, because our door would not lock. One can easily budge into our room. But the 3 nights we stayed there. Nothing.

Yes lake was nice although we did have a view. Room was great clean and spacious. Only issue was the carpet in the halls were nasty dirt.Full.of stains and not cleaned

We had a good stay for 3N4D. Our room was standard double bed with refrigerator, microwave and satellite smart tv- visibly clean as well as the bathroom. Wish they have towel rack or more hook eventhough there's an underneath shelf from the sink.
I loved witha built in body wash, shampoo & conditioner & also built in handwash soap & body lotion.
The hotel is walkable to the lake or nearby store & resto even gasoline station. Closed to hway exit.

Our stay was just for a shower, a cool room, and sleep after our 50th-year high school reunion.
All was good, yet the breakfast staff was overwhelmed about 9 am. Difficult time keeping up with enough food for about 30 minutes. Biscuits were as good as any fast-food restaurant. The room was in perfect order, cold A/C, and quite even on the freeway side.

Hole in wall. Very worn furniture, giving the feel of an old room. Room not vacuumed, found paper shreds on carpet. Hair in tub.
