The room had a funny smell. The was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. We were on the 2nd floor & the elevator was down almost the whole time.

My room was dpacious and spotless. Bed was comfortable. Light for reading was marginsl. I needed to add a day to my stay and booked another day online. When i went to check out/ check in early in the morning i was told that regardless that i had booked an additional room online at a discount price- only the walk- in full- pricd rate was available. I paid ot to not be locked out and potentially losing my property in the room- i had budiness that day and could not wait for the manager to approve the online booking. The day after my stay this has yet to be resolved. I have departed and will have to find the manager by pjone on the next business day. This kind of poor service is unacceptable.

Staff was friendly good breakfast but the beds are awful. I woke up feeling like I slept on the floor they were so hard. Pillows weee bad as well.

Great small town hotel
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Plenty of great options. The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with the mattress. It wasn’t terrible but it was more firm than we are used to which caused my husband and me a little discomfort. Overall our experience was a good one and I would recommend this small town hotel over many I’ve stayed in that I would have expected more from.

In need of maintenance
My coworker and I stayed here for 2 days for a business trip. Unfortunately, our job involved working overnight and sleepng during the day. The beds werent terrible, but the cooling system did however dissapoint. I know we've entered peak heat season in Texas but the ac never managed to reach below 72°. Not intolerable but warmer than we'd prefer. The shower had mold forming in the caulked joints, and the exhaust fan in the restroom did not work. Overall, we were able to get some rest and continue our scheduled work routine.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The only reason we left early was that the pool was closed for maintenance and that was a key reason we chose that motel.

Not much to like. They gave my room key to another person and I had to go trade with them.
Air conditioning was terrible.
Check in was slow.
Room was very outdated. Mold around tub tile.
Housekeeping knocked on door at 10:00 and check-out wasn’t until 12:00.
I paid ******* at time of booking. But the hotel charged me for the room too on the card I left for incidentals when I checked in. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone so had to go through corporate.
