Locked out of room due to property malfunction. Left sitting in office lobby for nearly an hour sitting at breakfast table. Had to ask for another room while our meds and clothing locked in our first room. This after being tired and covered with sand from the beach. Unacceptable! 2nd room had nasty lamp shade

Room was very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was fresh but could have had some hot items,
such as scrabbled eggs and biscuits & gravy.
Employees were very friendly.

Front desk person was not that friendly. Had a hard time finding my reservation. Did not seem concerned about the fact the coffee machine did not work. Could at least have put a sign on it. Instead folks are going up to front desk to say something and very nonchalant says “oh yeah - it’s not working”. Seems like need a more customer friendly person on the overnight shift into early morning.

The walls were paper thin. I was up most of the night with the tv blaring next door. Needs fixing up. Wall paint coming off, the fixtures loose, old furniture, torn carpet. I would not give this a very good rating. Low 7 at best. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room smelled like mildew and a bug was crawling on the bed. The inside of microwave was dirty with food residue.
The only word heard from the receptionist was room number, that is it. Even no Hello.

Ok for 1 night stay. Not very clean room. Found things left from previous guests in drawers, hair and dust in various places in the room. Shower fixtures all rusted and old. Door to the room barely opened and dragged hard on floor. Beds not very comfortable. One window was cracked and taped up.
Sketchy people staying there and just hotel just had weird vibes.
