The hotel was worth the money for a week I had to stay for my college residency. I liked the staff was very attentive specially the cleaning lady. The kitchen was small but functional. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had booked a room with 2 queen beds with a kitchen but once I arrived there was only a king bed available; after that everything else was smooth.

It was ok until i saw the roaches. The elevator broke. A lot of noise from one of the rooms on my floor.

Checking in was a difficult process. The boy at the desk did not give a receipt unless asked. He charged the 2nd person in the group the full price and had to refund because we had just told him we were splitting the 2 nights between us. We wanted documentation. When we arrived, he was playing on his phone with his feet kicked up. There was no phone in the room which is a fire code hazard. The commode ran all night. There were no lamps or pictures in the room. Lamps would have been helpful. The sink in the bathroom did not have a drain pull - it was gone. The chair was kept together by tape.

You get what you pay for. It was better than other places I’ve stayed but you could tell the place had been used heavily by traveling construction workers. Housekeeping can do a better job of cleaning the place tho. By the look of the sheets and bath towels I can tell they don’t bother putting bleach on the whites

Awful stay in Beaumont TX
The staff weren’t that friendly. Started out the key cards the clerk gave us didn’t work, had to get that fixed. No hot water in bathroom sink, no hair dryer. Opaque glass wall between bathroom shower and bedroom so when light was on in bathroom it lit up the bedroom. AC was very loud sounded like airplane engine running. After running shower for 30 minutes tge water was barely Lukewarm. No outlets on either side of bed. Light switch for bedroom was on far side of bed by the alarm clock. Desk was wobbly. When checking out staff didn’t seem too concerned about the conditions if the room that I mentioned.

The hotel was not in the best condition. It smelled of mildew. Booked for 4 nights, switched rooms on 2nd day ( that room smelled as well). Checked outthat evening.
