设施：麻雀虽小，五脏俱全吧
卫生：还行.
环境：整个欧洲ibis感觉都差不多.
服务：前台小姐姐很热情.下雨还主动给伞.
整体上看作为中转地还算OK
优：干净。早餐不错。
劣：房间空间超级超级小，两个行李箱不可能同时打开。办理入住时工作人员不提早餐的事，客人主动问几点开餐，说我没有预订，拿出英文订单给她看是包含早餐的，立马拉下脸来说是含早餐。寄存行李还要额外收费。
房间虽小，五脏俱全，地理位置还算方便，离火车站很近，步行10分钟左右，这里比较适合旅途中转住一晚，房间面积很小，使用吹风机需要付费，早餐的选择也不是很多。
床头上两个灯感觉像是坏了，一直在闪
房间不算大，卫生间干湿分离，很干净，高低床，娃蛮兴奋的。走廊有饮水机，地下车库可停车。早餐在餐厅吃的，水果，奶酪，几款火腿片，草莓酸奶等冷食。
从车站乘坐4号巴士，三四站路程就能到酒店，位置很好找。
抵达酒店后，会收到一张免费的访客卡，可以免费乘坐巴士。我用了两天，但不确定具体能用几天。酒店旁边就有一个超市，早上8点到晚上7点营业，非常方便。酒店的水和食品太贵了，建议在超市购买。
酒店附近大约有两家餐厅。
吹风机需要20法郎的押金，工作人员说日元或美元纸币也可以，但现金押金还是不太方便。吹风机可以借用任意天数，归还时会退还押金。入住时需要支付住宿税。毛巾每人只有一条浴巾，希望再多提供一条小毛巾。
房间不大，如果行李箱太大可能会不太方便。房间里只有一张小桌子配一把椅子，三个人用餐的话就没有地方了。我们是在超市买了吃的，然后在前台旁边的桌子用餐。人多的时候需要互相礼让。
热水和纸杯在前台旁边可以免费取用。还有一个微波炉可以使用。房间里没有冰箱不太方便。空调效果很好，夏天很凉快，这点很满意。
虽然设施比较基础，但去市中心很方便，如果只住几天的话还是很不错的。前台的工作人员都非常友好。

这家酒店就在市区火车站附近500米。酒店房间整洁，没有热水壶、冰箱，属于经济型酒店。到卢塞恩旅行，这家酒店可供选择。

酒店位置便利，虽然不在卢塞恩市区，但离公交车站仅3分钟路程，旁边就有像Denner这样的超市。不过，吹风机和转换插头需要20欧元的押金。房间对两个人来说足够宽敞。总的来说，和卢塞恩其他酒店相比，这个价格还是很划算的。
