Hotel really needs to be remodeled mold in bathroom around shower room was clean with the exception of no towels when I checked in not a big deal definitely needs a total remodel

We have a vision to make our hotel a future success so our mutual guest has a enjoyable stay. I will have housekeeping-maintenance to examine this particular room for mold in the bathroom area; however no towels, wash cloths being visible or available is unacceptable. I will be having a meeting with our housekeeping department to ensure towels, washcloths, mats are put in every room for our guest usage going forward!

We sent a message through ******* that we needed to check in by 1:30 pm because we needed to get dressed for a 3 pm wedding. At first they told us it was impossible and after a few minutes of persuading that we could wait till they got one room cleaned she worked it out.

Floor in room was very dirty. Don’t walk barefoot.

The hotel is very dated. Hallway carpet is nasty. Hotel is under construction. No access to elevator

Loved how inviting it was. The staff was was very friendly. They even gave us an extra room key. Thwy said if we had any trouble they would make it right. The only downfall was the ice machine. On the first floor was broken. Wonderful breakfast. They moring staff on Saturday went out of hos way to find me coffee creamer that i liked. They definitely went out of the way to chat and say good morning and have a good day. Its definitely a place i will go back to. Price was just right for the 3 of us.

Robin was great! She was the receptionist when I arrived. She was courteous and kind! The only thing that went weird was that an 18 wheeler drove through the building and we had to evacuate. Robin was amazing! She made sure everyone got out safely and that she made sure everyone was accounted for. Cudos for Robyn!

Good place
The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even on check out. The lobby and breakfast areas were always clean and smelled great. The carpet in the hallways was dated and dirty. The room was very clean. Had plenty of towels and some toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was great! The blow dryer was terrible. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. I would go back if I came that way again. Just needs a little TLC :)
