We just finished a wonderful stay at this seaside hotel. The atmosphere was perfect, and our overall experience was truly excellent & Breakfast was specially delicious.

It was a friend gathering visit to the puri on the occassion of Holi festival,we enjoyed a lot in swimming pool with our friends... Overall it was a memorable stay...we will visit soon.. Hotel GM and manager Mr Bismaya and team members are very helpful

The location is very nice , right in front of the beach , however we had booked the toom with balcony , there are only 2 rooms in the front facing the beach with balcony , but when we arrived they tried to give us the side rooms, after a lot of arguement , thwy finally gave us the frony rooms , they could not deny it bevause we had a mail confirmatiin of the same , but the experience was little unpleasant , itherwise thw hotel is good and the location is also good

Location is awesome as its sea view facing, Staff we very courteous and behaviour was good. We had been there for a day and it was very nice experience. Rooms are clean and spacious. Value for money.Many rooms feature balconies with phenomenal sea views, though some side-view rooms may have limited visibility. The hotel features a top-floor swimming pool that provides a scenic view of the sea (samudra).They have Resturant named The Sea Fork, which offers a variety of cuisines including local Odia and Bengali specialties. We tried Dal Khichdi which was tasty and they have plenty of veg and non-veg food item. The complimentary breakfast is "amazing" with a sea view, Thanks to all the staff of Jeevan Sandhya.

Location is very easy to find. Best sea facing Restaurent. Parking is available. The Rooms are spacious with best available facility like centralised AC , Fridge and sofa set.

Hotel certainly lacks in service and rooms aren't having any wow factor. Just average rooms and they do charge a fortune for what you get. location without a doubt is the only thing good about the property like other baliapanda beach front properties. The only meals we had for 4 days was breakfast and there is nothing great about that just the same food everyday which wasnt bad but nothing great either. We didnt opted to have food there butr tried dinner at swosti and fortune which were too good by Puri standards. The staff at hotel certainly lacks hospitality standards and property gives you experience of a 2 star property, I think they are only intersted in large groups and for solo family travellers they arent bothered. In short absolutely nothing great about this property. I think all the hotels on baliapnda like white sands , Golden are far better then these and one must avoid this property unless you get it less then 3.5-4K which seems to be a good price for this property.

Excellent stay for family. Spacious newly done and renovated rooms, sea view premium rooms available. The restaurant The sea fork has awesome breathtaking sea view from all sides of the restaurant. Food at restaurant is unparalleled. Tandoori and continental dishes are must try. The roof top Infinity pool is unique and may not be found anywhere near to thos location. Easy to find on Baliapanda, new Marine drive road in Puri. It's adjacent to hotel empires. They are planning for a new year party on 31st December, the menu planned seems mouthwatering. Will come back for it for sure.
