Room was clean and quite. Staff were very friendly. Shower had some stains and shelves in bathroom were all loose and no longer held against the wall securely. Room had a barn door for the bathroom door which I'm not a fan of as it provided not much privacy in terms of sound (huge gaps all around door perimeter). Facility was appeared a bit beat up in some areas... Many of the sconces in guest room corridors were not secured properly and hanging crooked, carpet in guest room corridor appeared worn, wall at entry of room was pretty beat up and one of our lamp shades was torn. Breakfast selection was good. Was hard for the kitchen staff to keep up during busy times though. Fitness room was well equipped and pool area looked well kept. Overall I would stay again. Complaints are minor and most could easily be remedied with a little attention to detail.

Actually, getting to the hotel is a little out of the way, but no issues beyond that. Parking was good, felt safe. I was glad to see that room. Keys were required for the elevator so you can’t have strangers wandering around. The bed was a little creaky. You could hear the springs and it was a little soft for my taste. However, ultimately, we did have a nice night sleep. I appreciated having the extra blanket and foam pillow already in the room in the closet. The AC unit was a little loud and kept the room a little cooler than I would’ve liked. That being said, we stayed there for two nights and breakfast was great both days. It was quite busy on the first day and we didn’t have any problems getting enough of whatever we wanted to eat. We would definitely stay again. I felt the room was large enough, the TV was quite large, actually, and even though our room was near the elevator, it wasn’t loud at all.
