This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful! Especially Cassie & Rachel. Cassie was so cheerful & helpful- she went above & beyond her responsibilities to make sure the guests were taken care of. I saw her getting decaf coffee for 1 guest. She took care of getting us extra towels quickly. And when we needed help with the tub seat, she had someone (a man- I don't know his name) fix it. He thought outside the box in fixing it, making it very stable. She also told me that I did not have to hurry to be out of our room by 2:00 (we got late checkout) when she saw me going to & from the room taking all of our things & taking care of my husband who was in a wheelchair. She was absolutely wonderful! Rachel in the breakfast area was also wonderful. So personable, and ready to help you. It was so nice to be able to converse with her.
I really liked the 24/7 coffee availability in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Waffles are always a "hit". I liked the 4 little waffle option.
We were able to get a handicapped parking space close to the entrance; that was so very helpful.
It was a bit far to go all the way to almost the end of the hallway to our room though, pushing my husband in the wheelchair. Maybe next time we can request a room closer to the elevator. It was good to have a soft chair WITH ARMRESTS & stable legs in the room. So that my husband had a option out of his wheelchair.

Very clean, bathrooms were brilliant, walk in shower with triple heads was a first! Food and and shopping an easy walk/quick drive for all your needs. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and all the hotel staff were very helpful. Plus, you can make your own mini waffles! Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, update rooms. Slept all night in a very comfortable bed with great pillows! So quiet, also! Great service at check in and breakfast. Safe area close to shopping and Starbucks. Only 15 min to Zoo and Great American Ballpark. We originally planned to stay downtown but switched to Kenwood for more affordable rates and self park instead of paid parking.

The floor near the check in desk was very sticky. Really need re-cycle containers. The woman at the desk Friday morning was very good, didn't get a name./ Good breakfast.

The fire alarms ruined our morning. Not your fault but makes it difficult to say it was great stay.
