It was excellent. Just wish the bed had been lower and the internet was frustrating at times other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Bad place to stay
Parking lot and pool area full of trash, hall carpet is very dirty and room smelled like mold, breakfast was HORRIBLE, they dont care hiw bad it is, milk was spoiled and biscuits were still frozen and gravy cold, coffee was nasty, dont stsy here

This is no good place to stay as cheap each time. I’ve stayed here though there’s rowdy people up by the pool just stay up all night. I think they live here full-time maybe even work at the hotel they’re very unfriendly makes you feel unsafe.

I didn't like that I wasn't notified up front this reservation was non refundable regardless. I had like 8 other hotel reservations over a 10 day period. ALL OTHER HOTELS LET ME CANCEL WITHIN ONE DAY. EVEN A NICE CONDO IN GALVESTON. SO I WAS VERY SURPRISED IN YOUR REFUND POLICIES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND QUALITY INN TO ANYONE.

We had a nice day in a nice comfortable room with super comfortable beds in air-conditioning rooms. Can’t ask for much more than that except for there were some rude people blasting their music by the pool, making it impossible for other people to enjoy

Excellent Service
We stayed 5/16/25-5/19/25. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was friendly and their greatest asset is Sonny. He was incredibly attentive to my mother’s needs and was sincere with his concern for her well being.

Our room was sub-par at the best. The water didnt get hot, AC was not easy to use and the toilet clogged. Light came in from under the door and through the curtains. You could hear every noise from the hall way. Night time employees made you feel like you were bothering them. Cost was not worth it!
Assistant manager and maintenance man were great!!
