Room Service is very Good and it is centrally located. Rooms are Maintained clean and Toilets are hygenic. However , the Room size is small and not Airy. It has negative impact on the customer. The room is suitable for budget Traveller for overnight Stay.

Our stay was average, but my family and I were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness was below expectations, and communication from the front desk was poor. The door lock was broken, and the TV remote wasn’t working. There was a clear lack of customer satisfaction, and it seemed like the staff were hesitant to act without the owner’s approval—they would often say, “We need to check with the owner” for even the smallest requests.

The only positive aspect was that the front desk staff were friendly and polite. However, during our two-day stay, the bedsheets were not changed, which added to our dissatisfaction. I’m surprised MakeMyTrip gave this property such a high rating. Overall, our experience was disappointing.

The hotel is placed in a strategic location in Madurai. That’s about it. There is no AC in the rooms we booked, and I think for a place like Madurai where the climate is extremely hot, AC is a must.

Speaking of amenities, the hotel doesn’t have much. Toiletries were not provided. It is a basic stay where you can stay for a day and check out to move to your next destination.

The good part is, they allow flexible check-in time, if possible and can arrange cabs to nearby tourist attractions, if required.
