It is worst stay and nightmare to stay in this Hotel. All indians please do not choose this Hotel at all. worst in hospitality, cleanliness, worst in courtesy.

Terrible experience. At the last da of my stay, they called in the morning at 9 am and asked me to leave the room within an hour at last moment as they have another guest. I said them that at last moment where will I find a new hotel within an hour. And I have pre book that place. They said we can't do anything, our other room's ACs are not working so you have to leave the room, so that they can wel come them. Only, I know that how did I manage to find other hotel last moment with my mom. Not only I had to pay extra somewhere else for last minute checkin because of this chaos or irresponsibility of hotel, but also my mom had to suffer as she is aged. And at the time of check out l, they were not even apologises for what they have done.

location is great but rooms were not very clean. there is some smell in the room. room size is good even the bed size was enough for 3 people. I checked out early and kept luggage at the lobbey but they did not have proper place to keep the luggage as well

Location was great but the ambience inside was not that great. I think the hotel purva should work on maintaining cleanliness

its good hotel on m. g. road good for family. clean rooms . and nearest place is chappan and sarafa bazar..

Rooms are so small and congested there is no hot water available for shower i had to take a cold showe in winter commode are so dirty overall very bad experience to stay in purva hotel

The hotel is very comfortable for me it is near the airport and station and also to my work. Their staff is very helpful and makes room hygiene.

room was good clean , washroom was clean the only thing which I don't like is bedsheets ,pillow and blanket smell weird which was something which I don't like

it's good to stay there. Staff is very supportive. Rooms are clean and staff is very understandable and very cooperative
